Position: Training Manager

Job Responsibilities
•To handle all training & coaching for a big Medical Marketing Team
•Identify the training needs across the organization & execute
•To assist in performing effective training, identifying the gap through market & outlet visits for surveys and feedback.

Educational Qualification
• Graduation or Post Graduation from Science Background.
• Having MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Having experience in Pharma Industry will be given preference.

Salary
40-60k
